Background

The integrated laundry system has been used in many developed countries like America, Europe and Japan for decades, starting from connecting one washer to one dryer by simple shutter conveyor to reduce unloading time, developed to an automated system with multiple washers and dryers utilizing overhead bag system or conveyors for loading, unloading or transporting the linen around the laundry plant, spreading over the sorting area to finishing lines. The system proven saving labor and cut down non-productive operation time, create a better work flow process for optimum laundry operation, increase efficiency and productivity.

Sailstar Green System

SGS Integrated laundry system combining tilting washer extractor, pass-thru tumble dryer, conveyor system, overhead bag system, energy recovery system, etc… , create an automated laundry system to increase productivity, efficiency and reduce labor significantly by laundry process optimization.

This system proven a good upgrade from normal machines for much better efficiency and also good alternative to tunnel washer especially for those typical laundry in developing country with various type of different linen at smaller batch not meeting the optimum scale for tunnel washer, at a reasonable investment for better economic return.
